Melissa Belec is currently working as an investor at Panache Ventures and as a Limited Partner at Mendoza Ventures. Melissa has experience in funding artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and fintech companies. Melissa has also worked in strategic partnerships at Sense, a company focused on reducing global carbon emissions through smart and efficient homes. Prior to their current roles, Melissa was a Sales Team Lead at Split and held sales positions at Bell. Melissa holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Industrial Relations and Economics from McGill University.
