Rupesh Khendry

Rupesh Khendry currently serves as the Capital Markets Industry Leader at Microsoft Corporation, where responsibilities include leading industry sales for the Americas and overseeing strategic roles related to product strategy, digital transformation, and client management since May 2011. As a Limited Partner at Mendoza Ventures since July 2019, Rupesh focuses on investing in early and growth-stage ventures in fintech, AI, and cybersecurity, emphasizing diversity among portfolio startups. Prior experience includes serving as Industry Director for the Financial Services Global Business Unit at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, where Rupesh contributed to strategic efforts following the acquisition of i-flex solutions, and as Product Lead at Citi, managing the development of global financial services software products. Early career included leadership in investment management and the launch of Southeast Asia’s first electronic depository platform at Global Trust Bank. Rupesh holds a degree in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and an MBA in Finance and Economics from IMI Delhi in association with IMD Lausanne.
