Joey Sims

Joey Sims is an experienced Special Education Specialist at Menifee Union School District since August 2018, previously serving as a Substitute Teacher in the same district. Prior roles include Education Specialist at Julian Charter School from August 2016 to June 2018, where specialized academic services were provided for students with individualized educational plans, utilizing assessment tools such as the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test®–Third Edition and the Woodcock Johnson Fourth Edition. Earlier experience includes serving as a Long Term SAI Substitute at Julian Charter School and an Executive Production Assistant at Scream Team Productions. Joey holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Special Education and Teaching from Alliant International University-San Diego Campus and a BA in Theater Arts from Vanguard University of Southern California.
