Erika Rapp

Erika Rapp possesses extensive experience in quality and development within the foodservice sector. Currently serving as the Head of Quality and Development and Head of Quality and Environment at Menigo Foodservice AB since November 2016, Erika previously held prominent roles at Coop Sverige from May 2010 to November 2016, including Head of Product Quality & Development for Private Label and Product Specialist for Private Label. Prior to that, Erika worked as a Product Specialist at Coop Trading A/S. Erika Rapp holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Culinary Arts and Meal Science from Örebro University, obtained in 2008, and a Master's degree in Agricultural and Food Products Processing from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, completed in 2000.
