Hailing from a long lineage of hospitality and real estate professionals, Jared Galbut brings both generations of industry expertise and a fresh perspective to his position as co-founder and managing principal of Menin Hospitality. With two decades of experience in organizational and operational management, he has a deep understanding of hospitality development.
Growing up in Miami Beach, Jared was already well immersed in the industry by his teen years when he worked for his uncle and mentor, Russell Galbut, notable hotelier and founder of Crescent Heights – one of the nation’s largest developers of high-rise, multifamily housing and hotels. After years in the business and collaborating with some of its most respected talent, Jared decided to embark on a career of his own. He first acquired the Raffaello Chicago and after securing its success, sought out additional opportunities to innovate and expand the boundaries of modern hospitality by founding Menin Hospitality in Miami with another emerging hotelier, his cousin Keith Menin.
Menin Hospitality consists of a fast-growing, eclectic portfolio of inventive brands offering upscale lodging, lifestyle restaurants, nightlife venues tailored to the sophisticated tastes of a new generation. The company is now building its future by expanding its scope into modern luxury commercial and residential development. Jared currently oversees all operations for each property and venue within the Menin Hospitality portfolio with an eye for profitability and a vision to expand the brand throughout large urban markets nationwide.
Jared received his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami. He is a Board of Directors Member for the Greater Miami Hospitality Association and a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
