Mila has held roles such as Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Menin Hospitality, Complex Director of Revenue Management at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Director of Revenue Management at Conrad Miami, Regional Director of Revenue Management at DoubleTree by Hilton, Reservations Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and Reservations Manager at Hilton Miami Airport. Their experience spans from 1995 to the present, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the field.

Mila Torres, CRME has a diverse education background. Mila studied Hotel Management and Tourism at Universidad de San Martín de Porres. Mila then pursued an Associate of Arts in Medical Technology at Miami Dade College. Prior to that, Mila completed their high school education at Miraflores American School and also studied English at Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteamericano.
