Diego Leme Domingues

Diego Leme Domingues is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at menlo since March 2025, Diego previously held the position of Head of Engineering and was part of the founding team at Mara from January 2022 to March 2025, leading various business initiatives and innovative product developments. Prior experience includes roles as Tech Lead at Grupo Boticário, where contributions were made to strategic digital transformation projects, and as a Software Engineer at Alice, playing a key role in its early growth. Diego has also co-founded and contributed to several startups, including Ciclic and 99Taxis, the latter being recognized as Brazil's first unicorn. Additional roles include senior front-end positions at ClickBus, TQI Consultoria, MundoDasTribos, and ComuniClick. Diego holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
