Howard Dallmar

Howard “Howie” Dallmar is an Executive Managing Director and partner with Newmark Cornish & Carey. His area of expertise is representing companies and property owners in the acquisition and disposition of office and research and development properties in the San Francisco Mid-Peninsula area. After Menlo College, Mr. Dallmar attended Pepperdine University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, he played professional basketball for three years in Geneva, Switzerland, and Melbourne, Australia. He was employed as an account executive for Owens Corning Fiberglass and 3M Company before he began a career in commercial real estate with Cornish & Carey Commercial.
