Wei Gordon

Wei Gordon is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Menlo College since July 2023. Previously, Wei served as a Doctoral Student at the University of California, San Francisco, from September 2018 to April 2023, focusing on the genetic changes related to dietary specializations and mentoring students in bioinformatics and functional genomics. Wei also held roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at various institutions, including instructing graduate students in computational methods and advising on fellowship applications. Wei's academic background includes a PhD in Genetics from UCSF and a BS in Biology from UC San Diego, complemented by research and teaching experiences at several academic institutions and research labs.
