John McDonnell

John McDonnell is a seasoned legal and business executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. As President of Menlo Group since September 2017, John has co-invested in prominent tech companies alongside leading venture capitalists. In addition, John is the Founder and Managing Partner of McDonnell Law Group, which specializes in legal services for technology companies. Previous roles include Interim General Counsel at Picsart, Vice President of Business Development at Virgin Electronics, and Associate General Counsel at both Palm, Inc. and Handspring, Inc. John began a legal career after earning a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
