Kathy Jackson

Kathy Jackson has extensive experience in financial management and treasury operations, currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager at Menlo Park Fire Protection District since January 2015. Prior roles include Principal Financial Analyst for the City of Santa Clara, where responsibilities encompassed managing the City's debt and a $500 million investment portfolio, as well as engaging in budget preparation and investment reporting. Kathy also held the position of Principal Investment Officer for the City of San Jose, overseeing a $1.2 billion investment program. Earlier in the career, Kathy worked in treasury roles at organizations such as Silicon Graphics, Cisco Systems, and JPMorgan/Sympro. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Administration/Finance from San Jose State University.
