Aron Lanclos

Aron Lanclos has a diverse work experience in customer success and technical management roles. Aron is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Menlo Security Inc. and was previously the Vice President of Customer Success at OwnBackup. Prior to that, they held senior positions at Medidata Solutions and Commvault, where they were responsible for customer success strategies and the creation and delivery of enterprise support programs. Aron was also an Executive Founding Member of the Customer Advisory Board at Totango. Earlier in their career, they worked at Compaq/HP and Hewlett-Packard in technical marketing and managerial roles. Aron began their career as a Technical SE Manager at HP/Compaq.

Aron Lanclos earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1998. Aron later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2003. Aron also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, completed in the same period as the first degree. In addition to their formal education, Aron has obtained various certifications in skills such as customer success, conflict resolution, collaboration, and negotiation.
