Natasha Nayberg

Natasha Nayberg has extensive experience in user experience design and management. Natasha is currently working as the Sr. Director of User Experience Design at Menlo Security Inc. In this role, they focus on improving security while maintaining a positive user experience.

Prior to their current role, Natasha worked as the Director of User Experience Design at Mitel from 2016 to 2019. Here, they led a team of product designers and ensured a user-friendly and visually stunning UI for the Unified Communication System.

Before Mitel, Natasha held various positions at RingCentral from 2008 to 2016. Natasha served as the Director of User Experience where they built and led an international team and was responsible for design direction. Natasha also worked as the UX Design Manager, driving the adoption of user-centered design in the organization.

Natasha started their career as a Sr. User Experience Designer at Core Mobility in 2006, where they designed interfaces for feature phones. Natasha also worked at Actuate Corporation and Nextance as a Sr. UX Designer, contributing to the development of data visualization and contract management software respectively.

Natasha has a solid foundation in user experience design and has worked for companies like Diligent Software Systems, Entercept, and SCP earlier in their career.

Natasha Nayberg holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology from Haifa University in Israel, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
