Lauren Gingras is an accomplished physicist with extensive experience in THz solutions and optical engineering. From April 2021 to July 2023, Lauren served as Project Lead for THz Development at Menlo Systems, advancing the company's THz solutions development. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Menlo Systems, including interim Product Manager and Team Lead, and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Ottawa, where responsibilities included mentoring graduate students and collaborating on commercial optical filters. Lauren's academic journey includes a PhD in Physics from McGill University, where significant contributions were made towards THz pulse-shaping technology and pulsed electron sources, as well as a Master's degree in Physics from the same institution and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Université de Sherbrooke.
