Rita Muigai

Rita Muigai has an extensive background in Human Resources, with experience in global compensation, talent acquisition, and change management. Rita has worked with various companies such as MEDA, Mastercard Foundation, Telkom Kenya, and IBM in different HR roles. Rita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Daystar University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (Kenya). Rita also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
