Yasir Dildar

Yasir Dildar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Monitoring and Impact Measurement and Knowledge Management at MEDA since May 2013, Yasir has developed and executed strategies for collecting and analyzing impact data, mentoring a team of experts, and ensuring projects align with key performance indicators and sustainable development goals. Previous roles include leadership positions at the National Democratic Institute, where Yasir managed programs in Africa, and multiple research and advisory roles focused on gender and development. With a strong educational background, including a Master's in Development Studies and a gold medal in Sociology, Yasir's expertise spans across quantitative and qualitative methods, strategic planning, and effective team management.
