Nichole Swartz

Nichole Swartz has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as the MDS Coordinator at Mennonite Friendship Communities, Inc. since May 2018 and as the Director of Nursing at Life Care Center of Wichita since January 2018. Prior roles include Marketing Director at KMH from May 2017 to January 2018 and Director of Nursing as well as Assistant Director of Nursing at Via Christi Village Ridge from December 2013 to May 2017. Nichole's career began at Mennonite Manor, where roles included CNA, CMA, Charge Nurse, and Wound Care Nurse from July 2003 to December 2013. Nichole holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing and a Licensed Practical Nurse certification, both obtained from Hutchinson Community College.
