Maria Puglisi-Copeland has extensive experience in retail management and office administration. Currently serving as the Office Manager at Mennonite Home Communities since June 2017, Maria has developed strong organizational and leadership skills. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions at Coach from August 2007 to July 2017, including Associate Store Manager, Store Manager, and Associate Manager, demonstrating a progression of responsibility in retail settings. Maria's early career included a position as Assistant Manager and Visual Merchandiser at Talbots from July 2006 to August 2007, where responsibilities included managing sales, service, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Maria holds an Associate Degree in Specialized Business with a focus on Fashion Marketing from The Art Institute of York, PA, obtained between 2004 and 2006, and earned a GED from Gilroy High School.

At Mennonite Home, we offer rehabilitation care following illness, injury or surgery, respite care, personal care and skilled nursing. We also offer a full complement of therapy services at both campuses.
