Mo Caldwell

Mo Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and team leadership across various industries. As Co-Founder and Director of Saorsa Menopause Consultancy since October 2022, Mo focuses on educating and empowering individuals and businesses regarding menopause. Concurrently, Mo serves as a Licensed Menopause Champion at Menopause Experts Group Limited. Previous roles include Risk Manager and other positions within Tesco Bank from 2010 to 2025, where responsibilities spanned credit risk analysis and project management. Mo's early career at Mortgages plc involved managing a team of mortgage underwriters, and at British Airways, customer service and sales team management were key duties. Mo is also an alumnus of the Chartered Banker Institute of Scotland and completed education at Castlehead High School.
