The Leadership Team at Menorah Manor is responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care, and overseeing the overall operations of the organization. This includes maintaining financial health, implementing effective human resources policies, and upholding medical and nursing excellence, all within the organization's mission to provide a warm, homelike Jewish environment. The team collaborates to serve and meet the needs of residents across six counties on Florida's gulf coast.
