Tracy Marconett currently serves as a Patient Advocate and Patient Safety Coordinator at Menorah Medical Center since December 2023. Previously, Tracy held the position of Patient Experience Manager at St. Mary's Medical Center from July 2017 to September 2023. Tracy's earlier experience includes serving as a Marketing Manager at Aspen Contracting, Inc. from June 2014 to July 2017 and as a Community Relations Specialist at Southern Care Hospice between 2010 and 2013. Tracy began a career in project management with a focus on partnership marketing at Sprint, where employment extended from 1994 to 2010. Tracy is a graduate of Harrisonville Senior High School.

Menorah Medical Center is an acute care hospital and ER with 150-plus beds located in Overland Park and Leawood, Kansas.
