Jordan Tariq Smith is currently serving as a Health Education and Outreach Specialist at the Men's Health Foundation since January 2023 and as a Graduate Student Researcher at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health since February 2023. Prior experience includes a Public Health Internship at the West Africa AIDS Foundation from June to September 2022, and an AVID Tutor position at the Downey Unified School District in early 2021. Jordan also held leadership roles as the Director of Recruitment for UCR Healthy Hearts from September 2018 to June 2020, successfully managing recruitment operations, and served as a Student Assistant at the UCR School of Education and a Housing Services Ambassador at the University of California, Riverside. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health and a Master of Arts in African Studies, both from UCLA, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Anthropology and African-American/Black Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
