Chaitrali Joshi

Chaitrali Joshi currently serves as Head of Brand at Mensa Brands, focusing on the development of the Beauty & Personal Care vertical. Since October 2022, Chaitrali has been the Founder & CEO of Alchemy Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd., establishing The Alchemy, a D2C beauty and wellness brand that integrates oral and topical skincare solutions grounded in research and consumer insights. Prior experience includes a tenure at Procter & Gamble, where Chaitrali progressed from Deputy Brand Manager to Brand Director, overseeing the Beauty & Wellness vertical. Additional roles include Brand Manager at Merck Group, managing significant vitamin brands in India, Associate Vice President at HSBC, and Assistant Manager at Deloitte with a focus on enterprise risk advisory. Chaitrali holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
