Silke Windelen

Silke Windelen currently serves as a Preventiedeskundige psychosociale aspecten at Mensura since August 2021. Prior to this role, Silke held positions as an HR-officer at Hudson Benelux and as a prevention advisor intern at IDEWE. In earlier roles, Silke gained experience as an HR-officer at both CAIROX BELGIUM and Caterpillar Inc., along with working in customer service and reception at Carrefour and SBS Belgium, respectively. Silke's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and professional training in psychosocial prevention. Silke is furthering education in prevention with a focus on psychosocial aspects.
