Kathy Lynn Cook is an experienced attorney serving as Deputy General Counsel at Mental Health Advocacy Services/Child Advocacy Program since October 1995, where responsibilities include representing adults and juveniles in mental health proceedings and children involved in Abuse and Neglect CINC cases in the 16th JDC.
