Kyra Clipper is a Supervising Attorney at Mental Health Advocacy Services since August 2021, bringing extensive legal experience in advocacy and systemic reform. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Systemic Advocacy and Staff Attorney at Learning Rights Law Center from October 2012 to July 2021. Kyra Clipper holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine Law (2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern California (2008).
