Sarah Heikkinen

Sarah Heikkinen is a seasoned professional in digital and social media marketing, currently serving as the Digital and Social Media Director at Mental Health America since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at The College of Saint Rose, where Sarah progressed from Social Media Specialist to Senior Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications between August 2021 and February 2024. Additional experiences encompass positions in promotions and marketing coordination at organizations such as Clean and Healthy New York and the Museum Association of New York, as well as editorial roles at The Scofield and Capital Roots. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Magazine, Newspaper, and Online Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from SUNY Oneonta.
