Orlando Rivera

Orlando Rivera is an experienced professional with a strong background in case management and customer service. Currently serving as a cashier at Home Depot and a case manager at Catholic Charities since March 2019, Orlando also has prior experience as a post worker at the Mental Health Association in New Jersey, focusing on clients with mental illness and dual diagnoses. Between March 2006 and December 2012, Orlando provided crisis intervention and substance abuse services, while also managing caseloads at the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services/Dept. of Children and Families. Earlier roles included collaboration with the Behavioral Health Court at Catholic Charities. Orlando holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from New Jersey City University, earned from 1998 to 2004.
