Imani Nakyanzi is an experienced professional in emotional support and facilitation, currently serving as an Emotional Support Counselor at the Mental Health Association since June 2021, where Imani manages engagement with over 30 clients monthly and produces detailed progress reports. Previously, as an Independent Facilitator at InAlliance inc from April 2019 to February 2021, Imani implemented sanitation protocols that improved patient satisfaction by 30% and monitored health measurements for effective care. From January 2015 to June 2018, Imani worked as a Capacity Development Specialist at the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative, managing volunteer schedules and orchestrating community outreach programs. Imani holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Administration from BU University.
