Julie-Ann Antoine is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Forensic Case Manager at the Mental Health Association since November 2022. Previously, Julie-Ann worked as a Mental Health Assistant at Atlantic Health System from June 2021 to October 2022, demonstrating expertise in psychiatric disorders and therapeutic communication. Julie-Ann's experience includes internships at Court Consultation Services, Project M.O.R.E. Women's Center, and the New Jersey State Parole Board, where responsibilities ranged from managing client records to assisting in parole hearings. Julie-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Elizabeth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marist College.

The mission of the Mental Health Association is to promote Mental Health, to improve the care and treatment of individuals with Mental Illness and to remove the stigma associated with emotional and Mental Disorders. We, as a community organization, accomplish our mission through advocacy, education, prevention, early intervention, treatment and service.
