Roy Starks

Roy Starks has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and rehabilitation. Roy served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association starting from 2016. Prior to that, they worked at the Mental Health Center of Denver where they held various roles such as Vice President of Rehabilitation and Reaching Recovery, where they focused on establishing learning collaborations for mental health centers interested in recovery-focused systems. Roy also served as the Vice President of Rehabilitation Services, overseeing a large psycho-social rehabilitation program.

Roy Starks has a Master's degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from the University of Northern Colorado. Roy also studied Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder.
