Michel Rodrigue, MBA, CPA, CMA, currently serves as President and CEO of the Mental Health Commission of Canada, a role undertaken since October 2015, where responsibilities include strategic planning, oversight, and leadership in operational policies and objectives. Previous positions include Chief Information Officer at the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada, where Michel developed strategic plans for communications and information technology, and Senior Management Consultant at ADGA Group Consultants, focused on program management and organizational design. Leadership experience also includes founding and managing public affairs firms, with early career contributions as Press Secretary and Policy Advisor for the Government of Ontario. Michel holds an Executive MBA from UQAM, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Université du Québec en Outaouais, and a Bachelor's degree in Honours History from Laurentian University.
