Uyen Ta

Uyen Ta is an experienced professional in mental health management, currently serving as the Manager of Mental Health Advancement at the Mental Health Commission of Canada since July 2018. Prior to this role, Uyen worked as a Senior Program Manager for Prevention and Promotion at the same organization and held the position of Program Manager for Assessment Programs at the Health Standards Organization. Uyen's career began with various roles, including MHA Resident at Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre and Accreditation Canada, and Manager of Volunteer Services/Stakeholder Relations at Partners for Mental Health. Uyen also has experience in youth programming as a Coordinator at Free The Children and as a Business Analyst at Pharmascience. Uyen holds a Master of Health Administration from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from Université de Sherbrooke.
