Merrilee Soh

Merrilee Soh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organisational development and industrial relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at the Mental Health Commission of Western Australia since February 2016, Merrilee has previously held roles as Organisational Development Coordinator and Senior Human Resources Consultant within the same organization. Prior experience includes HR Advisor at the Autism Association of Western Australia and Human Resources Consultant at Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. Additionally, Merrilee worked as an Industrial Officer for the Australian Nursing Federation WA. Merrilee holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Curtin University.
