Jessica Brooks, BCACLC, BSHS has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica started their career as a Lead Biller at Surgis/USPI CBO in 2006 and worked there until 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a BOM at Northridge Surgery Center. In 2012, they joined PPSI as an AR Analyst and remained there until 2013. Jessica then worked as a Substitute Support at MNPS - Substitute Department from 2014 to 2014. Jessica also served as a Medical Biller at Xtend Healthcare, LLC from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they took on the role of a Billing Process Approver at Xtend Healthcare. Jessica then worked as an In-Person Assister at Family & Children Services from 2016 to 2017. In 2016, they also worked as a Substitute Support at MNPS - Substitute Department. Jessica's most recent role was as a Care Manager I - Adult at Mental Health Cooperative, where they started in September 2017.

Jessica Brooks, BCACLC, BSHS, has a diverse education history. In 2004-2005, they attended Draughons Jr College and earned an Associate's Degree in HIT Insurance and Coding. In 2013, they obtained an Advanced Diploma from Light University as a Certified Christian Life Coach. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with a concentration in Family and Children from the University of Phoenix.
