Jonathan Westendorf serves as the City Manager and Safety Director for The City of Franklin, Ohio, with over two decades of experience as the Chief of Fire & EMS. Westendorf has developed a multi-year master plan to enhance regional leadership in emergency service delivery. In addition to their municipal role, Westendorf actively contributes to various organizations, including the Abuse & Rape Crisis Shelter and Mental Health Recovery Services of Warren & Clinton Counties as a board member. Westendorf's involvement in the Ohio Fire Chiefs' Association includes past presidency and legislative advocacy. As founder of WestPolicy, Westendorf promotes civic engagement and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati. Westendorf holds a Doctor of Public Administration from West Chester University and additional degrees in Public Administration and Fire Administration.

Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren & Clinton Counties

MHRB is the local board of mental health and addiction services serving the residents of Warren and Clinton Counties. Our mission: to support a healthier community by investing in a system of mental health and substance use disorder services for the people of our counties.. MHRB contracts with provider agencies, hospitals and other organizations to provide services and programs that support prevention, treatment and recovery from mental illness and addiction. The goal is to help individuals recover and return to active participation in their families, their jobs and their communities. MHRB has a Speaker's Bureau that's ready to visit with your organization to talk about mental health and addiction issues.
