Kelly Rigger

Kelly Rigger serves as the CEO of Mental Health Services for Clark and Madison County since June 2019. Previously, Kelly held the position of Chief Programming Officer at Children's Home of Northern Kentucky from September 2016 to June 2019 and served as Chief Operating Officer at Community Mental Health Center, Inc. from November 2012 to September 2016. Kelly's career also includes the role of Regional Director at Centerstone from August 2003 to November 2012 and Administrator of Post Acute Services at Carondelet Health from 1997 to 2003. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Provider Relations at Intensive Long Term Acute Care from April 1995 to April 1997. Kelly Rigger holds a Master of Social Work from St. Louis University, an MBA from Baker University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana State University.
