Leigh-Ann Cardelfe, LCSW has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Leigh-Ann began their career as a Clinical Intern at Carrier Clinic in 2006. Leigh-Ann then served as a Mental Health Case Manager at Community Hope from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they worked as a Clinical Case Manager at Project Hospitality from 2009 to 2010, and then as a Mental Health Worker at NEW ALTERNATIVES, INC. from 2010 to 2011. Leigh-Ann joined Mental Health Systems in 2011, initially as a Clinical Case Manager and later as a Geriatric Outreach Specialist/Homeless Outreach Coordinator until 2016. Leigh-Ann then joined Community Research Foundation as an Assistant Program Director from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Leigh-Ann holds a leadership position at Mental Health Systems, first as a Program Manager from 2019 to 2021, then as a Vice President from 2021 to 2023, and currently as a Senior Vice President.

Leigh-Ann Cardelfe, LCSW, holds a Master of Social Work - MSW degree with a specialization in Direct Practice from San Diego State University, completed in 2016. Leigh-Ann also earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from Monmouth University in 2008. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Board Of Behavioral Sciences.
