Tim Smith

Tim Smith worked at Mental Health Systems, Inc. as the Vice President Inland Empire and retired in 2016 after starting 17 Drug Courts. Prior to this, Tim worked at UPS as an Accounting Supervisor. Tim Smith received their education from California State University-San Bernardino.
