Isco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Manager at Kiremit Production in 2013, and later took on the role of Project Coordinator at VeSanat Atölyesi. In 2014, Isco worked as a Project Consultant at T.C. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı. They then served as a COP-12 ANKARA-Laison Officer at the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and as an Export Agent at Rihal Energy Company Limited in 2015. In 2016, they joined KPMG Türkiye as a Customs & Foreign Trade Analyst. Isco also worked as the Vice Curator of Global Shapers Istanbul Hub 19/20 at the Global Shapers Community, a network of young individuals working on global challenges. They served as the Chairman of İnanç Lisesi Mezunlar Derneği from 2018 to 2021. Most recently, Isco has been working as a Secretary General at BÜMED since 2019 and as a Marketing and Business Development professional at Menthol Protocol starting in 2022.

Isco's education history is as follows:

From 2009 to 2016, Isco attended Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

From 2004 to 2008, Isco attended TEVITOL. The degree and field of study are not provided for this period.

- In August 2019, Isco completed the Climate Reality Leadership Corps program at The Climate Reality Project.

- In November 2015, Isco participated in the pwc Case Challenge organized by PwC Turkey.

- In July 2014, Isco completed the "Girişimcilik ve İş Planı Hazırlama Eğitimi" (Entrepreneurship and Business Plan Training) provided by TUBITAK.

- In December 2013, Isco completed the "Ticari İstihbarat ve Dış Ticaret Eğitimi" (Commercial Intelligence and Foreign Trade Training) offered by ATO - Ankara Ticaret Odası.

- In June 2013, Isco completed the "Kosgeb Girişimcilik Eğitimi" (KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Training).

- In April 2011, Isco participated in the Cornetto Global Digital Idea Generation Workshop organized by Unilever.
