Johanna Öhlén Meschke

Johanna Öhlén Meschke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culture, learning, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Culture & Learning Partner and People Experience Lead at Mentimeter since May 2022, Johanna has also held significant roles as Chairwoman of the Board and Board Member at Gather, a transdisciplinary conference focused on societal dialogues. As the founder of Tankeapoteket, a social design firm specializing in human-centered design, Johanna has developed projects in innovation and organizational culture since 2014. Additional roles include Chief Marketing Officer at UrbanOasis and various leadership positions at Fotografiska, where responsibilities included global strategy for photography initiatives. Johanna's educational background includes a Master of Science in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with studies in Journalism, Architecture, and Design across prestigious institutions in Sweden and France.
