Natalie Barrie has over a decade of work experience in sales and management roles. Natalie is currently the Head of Sales at Mention Me since February 2021. Prior to that, Natalie worked at Datto EMEA as a Senior Regional Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland from December 2017 to February 2021. In this role, they successfully led a team of 30 individuals and achieved 8-figure ARR contributions with 40% revenue growth. Natalie's ability to work cross-functionally and drive results earned their the Sales Manager of the Year award in January 2019. Before Datto EMEA, Natalie worked at Autotask Corporation, where they held multiple roles. Natalie started as an International Business Development Representative from April 2013 to April 2014. Natalie then became a Senior Account Executive, responsible for both new business and account management from April 2014 to December 2015. During this time, they achieved significant over-achievement of targets and was awarded the Global Sales Person of the Year in 2014. Natalie later transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager for the UK at Autotask Corporation from January 2016 to February 2021. In this position, they built and managed a team of up to 20 sales professionals and was recognized as Sales Manager of the Year in January 2017. Overall, Natalie Barrie has a proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading teams, and driving revenue growth in the IT business management industry.

Natalie Barrie's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Wymondham High School. Natalie completed their secondary education there in 2008. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. After their undergraduate studies, Natalie Barrie attended the Yale School of Management in 2018, participating in the Women's Leadership Program. Natalie obtained a certificate from this program. Additionally, Natalie Barrie has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they completed the Yale Women's Leadership Program, and in 2021, they acquired certifications in Interpersonal Communication and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn. More recently, in 2021 and 2023, Natalie Barrie received certifications in Circl Leader as Coach and Managing for Impact from Circl and Winning by Design, respectively. Natalie also received a Certificate of Completion from Winning by Design in 2023.
