Jim McBrayer, MBA, is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President - Americas at Mentor IMC Group since September 2023. Previously, Jim held key roles at EnerMech, where responsibilities included growing the Commercial team from one to fifteen members and managing business operations as the Commercial Manager. Earlier positions include Engineering and Training Manager, where Jim developed training processes for new hires, and Area Manager at Weatherford, leading operations for a pipeline pre-commissioning base. Jim's background also includes roles as Project Engineer and Product Manager, as well as service as a Signal Officer in the US Army. Jim holds an MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
