Cathy Doyle

Cathy Doyle currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Symbio, where the focus is on enhancing experiences for various stakeholders including employees, customers, and investors. Doyle oversees global responsibilities in Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Business Transformation, Culture, and Brand. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Doyle is also a Talent Advisory Board Member for ITW's Global Leaders' Forum, a Mastermind Member for MENTOR LIST, and the President of the International Women's Forum. Previous positions include Chief Of Staff at ParaFlare, Group Executive CHRO at Rabobank, and various director roles in organizations such as Mason Stevens and Ambition.
