Lia Zalums

Lia Zalums is an experienced leadership consultant and coach with a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology. As the Director and Lead Consultant at Zedaxis Leadership Consultancy since 2016, Lia focuses on empowering leaders in STEMM to navigate complexities in a rapidly changing environment. Lia also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the International Centre for Mental Toughness Research and Development and serves as a mentor for female entrepreneurs under the Boosting Female Founders Initiative. Throughout a diverse career, Lia has held various leadership roles, including facilitating leadership development for Females in IT, coaching Royal Australian Navy officers, and mentoring executive leaders in multiple organizations. With a strong educational background in biochemistry and management, Lia is dedicated to enhancing leadership effectiveness and well-being across various sectors.
