Armando Marina

Armando Marina is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a strong background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Operations Director and Site Lead/Director at Mentor Technical Group since July 2020, Armando has previously held significant roles at Bristol Myers Squibb as Facilities and Engineering Director and Planning and Logistics Manager, and at Eli Lilly and Company as Maintenance Advisor, Maintenance Team Leader, and Process Engineer. Early career experience includes a position as Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic. Armando holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, complemented by foundational education at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
