The current leadership team at MENTOR has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sector. Many on the team have worked with young people in some capacity, whether it be through teaching, coaching, or mentoring. The team also has a wide variety of educational backgrounds, from sociology to marketing communications. This diverse range of experiences and perspectives helps MENTOR create programs that are responsive to the needs of today's youth.
