Jackie O. Peters has a varied work experience spanning over several years.

Jackie O. currently holds a position as a Senior Legal Operations at MentorcliQ, starting in March 2023.

Prior to that, they worked at REEF from October 2021 to February 2023 as a Legal Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a Contract Lifecycle Management system, supported the litigation team, and managed legal vendors.

From 2014 to 2021, Jackie worked at Ryder System, Inc. In their various roles, they served as a Contract Administrator, Manager of Strategic Sales Solutions, and Administrative Assistant. Their responsibilities included drafting legal documents, supporting sales teams, managing projects, and coordinating the hiring process.

Before joining Ryder System, Inc., Jackie worked at Cold River Land, LLC as a Project Analyst for a brief period in 2013. Jackie O. conducted due diligence on real property and reorganized the project database.

From 2012 to 2012, they served as a Corporate Donor Team Leader at The Salvation Army, where they recruited new corporate participants and re-engaged existing ones.

Jackie also has experience as the Chief Administrative Officer at Memphis Athletic Ministries from 2009 to 2012, where they developed policies and procedures to expand the organization's services.

In 2006, they worked as the Manager of Operations and Program Development at Stax Music Academy - c/o The Soulsville Foundation. Jackie O. developed and implemented new student programming and successfully managed the annual budget.

Jackie O. Peters obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology/Sociology from Christian Brothers University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Thomas Jefferson School of Law from 1996 to 1999. In November 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Ryder System, Inc.
