Jennifer Labin has extensive experience in talent and diversity management. Jennifer began their career as an Instructor at Stratford University in 2003. In 2005, they became a Contractor for Corporate University Enterprise, Inc. and a Student at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In 2006, they began working as an Instructional Designer for Aerotek. From 2010 to 2019, they were the Principal Partner and Owner of TERP associates, where they partnered with clients to discover and address key talent needs, providing talent development solutions such as leadership development programs, mentoring and coaching, virtual learning, eLearning, on-boarding, communications, message design, and team dynamics. In 2012, they began working as a Leadership Development for Aerotek and in 2015, they began working as a Learning Facilitator for Russell Martin & Associates. In addition, they have been an Author, Facilitator, Speaker for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) since 2000 and a Member of ATD Maryland since 2004. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Talent & Diversity Officer for MentorcliQ.

Jennifer Labin has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Instructional Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. Jennifer also obtained an M.A. in Instructional Systems Design from the same university between 1999 and 2003. In addition, they hold certifications in Managing Team Creativity and Mentoring Others from LinkedIn (obtained in October 2016), Leadership Development from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) (obtained in May 2009), Visual Story Telling (Presentation Message Design) from Duarte, Inc. (obtained in March 2009), Certified Principal Evaluator (Kirkpatrick Evaluation) from CUE (obtained in 2005), and DISC-PIAV from Development Dimensions International (no date provided).
