Shannon Casey has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Shannon began at Denison University as a Student Equipment Manager and Student Facilities and Equipment Supervisor. In 2015, they became a Customer Relations Liaison Intern at PMIC Incorporated. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at PNC in various roles, including Business Banking Service & Support Supervisor, Assistant Vice President, Loan Servicing & Support Supervisor, Officer, and ACCEL Retail Development Program Associate. Currently, they are Director of Client Success and Client Success Coach at MentorcliQ.

Shannon Casey graduated from Denison University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology. Shannon also holds a Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health America.
